With more than 3 decades of broad supply chain experience, Matt brings a unique expertise to the industry. His background includes stints at asset and non asset based organizations including 33 years at C.H. Robinson where he lead global teams, developed new business, expanded wallet share with Fortune 100’s and developed processes to improve the customer experience. 

Global Operations & Strategic Growth

Matt’s range of experience includes developing and managing both domestic & international business across all service modes. He spent 5 years living in Europe leading expansion of operations and gaining cultural exposure that has helped form his understanding of global business. Matt has developed a skillset for building strong relationships through his M&A experience including with business owners, management and broader teams.

Matt brings robust leadership, commercial expertise, operational experience to companies looking to improve their supply chain. His exposure to investment and M&A scenarios relate very closely to logistics challenges many companies face today. He has played many roles in his long career that gives him unique experience to help companies develop new partnerships, improve processes, assess value, manage risk and seek out new opportunities. 

Matt’s Exeperience Includes:

  • Strategic executive commercial leadership roles with direct accountability for the largest and most influential customers at the company
  • Key business & strategy roles for 4 successful acquisitions, including assessment, business owner relationships and growth plans as well as integration with a commitment to multiyear CAGR targets
  • Led European expansion for 5 years with a growth plan that included acquisitions and organic expansion to achieve profitability targets
  • Leadership roles including Strategic Account Manager, General Manager, Director of Trade, Managing Director & Vice President leading growth of a Fortune 100 portfolio
  • Designed and implemented new Go-To-Market commercial strategies focused on segmentation and aligning to customer experience expectations
  • Responsible for creation and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies within service lines with a focus on carriers and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
